Power Management Enhances Guthrie Cortland Medical Center’s Sustainability Efforts with New EV Charging Solutions

Power Management Company, an energy consulting firm and leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, is pleased to announce the successful installation of EV charging stations at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center in Cortland, NY. The project, completed in late 2024, features two ChargePoint CP6000 dual-port stations, delivering four parking spaces dedicated to EV and hybrid vehicles.

The newly installed charging stations are strategically positioned adjacent to the maintenance building on the east side of the hospital, with easy access to employees, patients and the local community while keeping installation costs down. With charging capacity of up to 80 amps, these dual-port stations offer up to 16.6 kW at 208VAC, ensuring fast and efficient charging compatible with all EV and hybrid models, though some models will require an adapter provided by the car manufacturer.
